Willard InterContinental Hotel Spa Policies
We are delighted to welcome you to the Willard InterContinental Hotel Spa, a sanctuary of relaxation and rejuvenation.
To ensure the best possible experience, we kindly ask that you review the following policies:
Arrival and Check-In
Arrival Time: Please arrive at the spa reception on the second floor at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time. This allows ample time for you to check-in, complete any necessary forms, and enjoy an orientation tour of our facility. Arriving late will result in a reduction of treatment time, as all treatments will end at the originally scheduled time.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Any changes made less than 24 hours prior to your treatment will incur a charge of 100% of the treatment price. No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the total service price. We appreciate your understanding, as this policy allows us to offer the best possible service to all our guests.

Service Charge: A 20% service charge will be automatically added to all services upon check-out.
