To fully immerse yourself in the luxury of The Willard Spa, please arrive at our second-floor reception desk at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time. This allows ample time for you to check in, complete any necessary wellness forms, change into a plush robe, and enjoy a brief orientation of our facilities. Arriving late will unfortunately result in a reduction of your treatment time, as all services must end at their originally scheduled time to accommodate the next guest.

We understand that schedules can change. However, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Any changes made less than 24 hours prior to your treatment will incur a charge of 100% of the treatment price. No-show appointments will also be charged 100% of the total service price. We appreciate your understanding, as this policy allows us to offer the highest level of service to all guests seeking relaxation.

For your convenience, an automatic 20% service charge will be added to all spa services and treatments upon check-out. This ensures our dedicated team of therapists and staff are appropriately compensated for providing exceptional care.

Your comfort and safety are our utmost priorities. Please inform our Spa Concierge at the time of booking if you have any medical conditions, are pregnant, have allergies, or require specific accommodations. This vital information allows our expert therapists to properly tailor your facial, massage, or body treatment to your unique needs.

To maintain a tranquil, adult environment, The Willard Spa services and facilities are exclusively available to guests aged 16 years or older.

In order to maintain a serene, clean, and healthy environment, outside food and beverages are not permitted within the spa. Should you require refreshment during your visit, we proudly offer a curated selection of complimentary beverages and light a la cart menu in our dedicated spa lounge.
