Arrival and Check-In
Arrival Time: Please arrive at the spa reception on the second floor at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time. This allows ample time for you to check-in, complete any necessary forms, and enjoy an orientation tour of our facility. Arriving late will result in a reduction of treatment time, as all treatments will end at the originally scheduled time.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Any changes made less than 24 hours prior to your treatment will incur a charge of 100% of the treatment price. No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the total service price. We appreciate your understanding, as this policy allows us to offer the best possible service to all our guests.
Service Charges
Service Charge: A 20% service charge will be automatically added to all services upon check-out.
Health Considerations
Health & Medical Information: To ensure your comfort and safety, please inform us at the time of booking if you have any medical conditions, are pregnant, or have any allergies. This will allow us to tailor your spa experience to your needs.
Age Requirements
Spa Guest Age: Spa services and facilities are available to guests aged 16 years or older.
Food and Beverages
Outside Food & Beverage: In order to maintain a serene and healthy environment, outside food and beverages are not permitted in the spa. Should you require a refreshment , we offer a selection of beverages in our spa lounge.
